This splitter is well built, metal enclosure, its plug and play, the only thing i didnt like is that you have to buy an adapter because IOGEAR decided to use an male VGA connector for video in and out, so your normal monitor VGA cable is not usable, but i will buy it again because it seems strong, not fake chinese, i said fake because chinese do good stuff too.
