What I got was an OEM copy of a Dell restore CD which will only work on Dell computers.

What the real problem was that I asked the seller a question: Is this a Microsoft CD or some OEM (like Dell) restore CD? and got no response for three days.

After further research into the product description I noticed the product/model # :M93-00294. Since this is what I wanted, I ordered it.

When I got the Dell restore CD, I was furious. I sent it back, and even though advantechsolutions gave me a full refund, He had no explaination as to why the wrong product was sent or why no one responded to my question. I still had to expend return shipping charges. Amazon needs to police their merchants better.
