It's hard to beat Portabrace run bags. They're light weight and incredibly sturdy. They're also designed very well in terms of functionality. The main interior compartment has a bit of padding to keep some of your more delicate items safe. Enough so that I stick this inside a duffel with sound gear and don't worry checking it in when flying.

It's slightly on the small side, I think next time I will order the next side up, which will give me more variety. But for an accessory bag, you can't beat this. The straps are awesome, very comfortable. It's lightweight. Also, the compartments are well designed, and besides the main compartment inside, which is split in half length-wise, each side has a zipped compartment, as well as a velcro compartment on the outside of each zipped one. So you pretty much have what you need in a simple, but elegantly designed run bag. Haven't found one better than Portabrace's.
