Oben BC-1 Ball Head Review
I read the reviews and two ppl said it worked great on their Canon Mark II with a 70-200mm 4.0 lens. Let me tell you, you have to really tighten the lock knob really hard to get this head to stay in position. I will not hand the weight even with the stock 24-105mm 4.0 lens. It takes too much effort to lock in place. It will lock but takes up too much time and force. I will use it on the monopod as a backup head but def not the primary head. Hope this helps someone. Most of the consumer Reviews tell that the "Oben BC-1 Ball Head" are high quality item.
