I bought the power monkey and solar charger kit. I have tested these both in the field for a month now and both are working nicely. I live in California so using the sun to recharge is a natural. The solar panel is great and allows you to charge an iPhone directly. The power monkey holds a great charge and recharges my iPhone5 about 6.5 times to full from about 15%. Great kit with lots of connectors --maybe too many really. Connectors galore except the one I need for my iPhone5, thus the one star hit...got to stay current with the changes guys. But that is just a minor hit as I can use the cable that came with my phone. Easy to use power switch.

Bottom line: durable, very well designed, works as advertised, very easy to use,great product ---4.5 stars.
