It flashed a few times and that was it.... it does not work at all. The extra equipment is also not necessary at all. A waste of my money.
The Professional TTL Power, Zoom High Power Auto Flash Vivitar DF-383 with Bounce & Swivel Head For The Nikon is much much better. If its a flash you need buy a good flash , don't be fooled into buying a bundle of junk. I use the DF-383 and it is excellent. I should have purchased a second one like it instead of the inferior DF-283.
